Your GP or family doctor is the first point of contact for most medical problems. He or she can also deal with minor surgery, joint infiltrations, freezing of skin lesions, vaccinations, child development screening, cervical smears, contraception and HRT advice.

When a referral is needed, he will arrange an appointment with the appropriate specialist and order any tests that may be indicated. By maintaining close communication with the various branches of medicine involved he can coordinate effective management and guide you through to a successful outcome. Dr Crichton-Smith is a British national educated at Epsom College, a school with a long tradition of producing doctors.

He qualified in Medicine at the Welsh National School of Medicine in 1984
The following years were spent in hospital posts in Geriatric Medicine, General Surgery, Accident and Emergency, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Psychiatry and Paediatrics.

He completed the Vocational Training Scheme for General Practice in London.

Dr Rosca, originally from Romania, worked in the UK for 8 years where she qualified as a General Practitioner. Prior to becoming a GP she trained in various specialties including paediatric medicine, care of the elderly medicine, orthopaedics as well as emergency medicine.

In 2016 she gained her Diploma in aesthetic medicine for Botox and Fillers administration and skin rejuvenation techniques at the Wigmore Clinic in Harley Street.
